According to the traditional Tibetan medicine based on Ayurvedic principles, all living organisms are composed of five elements: ether, air, fire, water and earth. These elements are being manifested in the human body in the form of three life energies (doshas) vata, pitta and kapha (in Tibet: lung, tripa and beken) that govern the harmonic interaction of our psychosomatic functions.

Vata: physical and mental activity, circulatory and lymphatic system, nervous system and respiratory tract

Pitta: digestion and metabolism, functioning of liver and blood quality, brain activity and sensory perception, body temperature and skin appearance

Kapha: skeletal system and muscles, joints and bodily fluids, vitality and immune system

I have been using teas for some time. They are effective for good sleep, calming down, concentration and harmonization, they cleanse blood and remove hemorrhoids. He who came up with these blends must have been a genius.

Jirka

Good morning, I thank you for your teas which are very beneficial and effective. I often recommend them to my patients and use them myself.

Jitka Pivodová, Tábor

Preparation

Let one teaspoon of herbal blend (cca 2g) simmer for 3–5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water and allow 10 minutes infusion.

Recommended Dosage

2–3 cups a day

Use

Himalayan herbs are traditionally boiled for at least 3–5 minutes when used as a means to optimize mental and physical functions. A decoction prepared in this way has a stronger effect, a milder taste, and a beneficial effect on digestion. Individual parts of the herbs (flowers, fruits, seeds, stems, leaves, bark, rhizomes, and roots) are purposefully ground into fine particles so that they can be mixed homogeneously, which guarantees the highest quality and effectiveness of Ayurvedic blends. If we use teas only as a supportive or stimulating agent, we can simply let the herbs steep.

The specific taste of each tea is part of its health benefits and corresponds to the Ayurvedic properties of the six tastes. Therefore, we recommend not adding any sweeteners.

Warning: Dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place below 25°C. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
