I can only recommend your products. I have more types of tea, I have already used two elixirs for eyes. I am currently taking one for immunity and I still have a hair elixir waiting for me. I won those two in your quiz :) hot drinks are also excellent. I will continue to buy your products. I wish you a lot of success :)

Hello, I have been using your teas for a long time and I am satisfied. I combine the teas with Ayurvedic hot drinks, which are great and easy to prepare. Thank you.

Jiří

The preparation of Ayurvedic hot drinks differs from herbal teas, which are brewed. The ground powder or "churna" is consumed directly in a warm liquid. Unlike instant hot drinks, where additives dissolve its contents into a chemical solution, pure mixtures of Amla drinks are prepared in 100% natural RAW quality and do not contain any preservatives or additives. Therefore, the finely ground powder never dissolves in water. The most valuable thing the drink contains is this ground mixture of herbs, which needs to be mixed in warm water and then drunk together with the entire content with the addition of a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon. Honey is used in Ayurveda as a mean for better absorption of herbal effects into the bodily tissues.

Preparation

To get a healthy and tasty drink, mix 1 teaspoon (cca 2g) of finely ground blend in 8 fl oz (250 ml) of warm water and add honey to your taste and a few drops of lemon. The powder can also be added to smoothies and fresh juices.
