SARAGANDHA tea was recommended to me by a nurse in the store and I must say that the pressure has returned to normal. I also tried GOTU KOLA tea for my father for dementia and it is really effective. When he started coughing, I bought him PRANA tea and I must say that after the first tea, the cough subsided significantly, and the next night he could sleep more peacefully, because the cough did not wake him up. Hello, I have been drinking tea from Everest Ayurveda for several years now, it has helped me with my period and general problems associated with hormonal imbalances. Now I'm ordering more teas and we'll see how it affects me :-)
I would like to share my experience with DHATAKI tea for heavy menstruation. This tea helped me a lot for the incredibly severe pain and cramps that I had during every single period of menstruation and for which I often had to stay at home lying down. Nothing helped me, I tried many drugs and teas, but my body reacted to everything by refusing it and it was even worse. This tea is the only one that helped me. I drink it a few days before menstruation and also on the first day of heavy menstruation, my pain is only light and I can function normally. I recommend it to all women who have such problems.
I am very satisfied with the cleansing and herbal pastes. They have good effects and a high content of minerals and nutrients even when used in small amounts. I also have a good response to the teas I bought to my friends.
