I am 50 years old and I am in perimenopause. I have noticed menstrual changes accompanied by some physical and sometimes emotional discomfort. SARAGANDHA tea was recommended to me by a nurse in the store and I must say that the pressure has returned to normal. I also tried GOTU KOLA tea for my father for dementia and it is really effective. Hello we have excellent experiences with your Himalayan teas. UDANA helps us with tiredness. We used SHATAWARI for 8-cm cyst, it was gone after ten days. The doctor could not believe the sonography picture!

For years I have suffered from persistent allergies (dust, mites, pollens), which got worse with each passing year.
