I got the Ayurvedic immunity drink AMALAKI drink SHILAJIT MUMIO from a friend and started drinking it regularly every morning before breakfast. I wasn't expecting much from it and it was also hard to get used to the rather intense taste even after adding a little honey. Still, I persevered and kept drinking it. After a month I found that I have much more resistance to weather fluctuations and I can now get rid of a cold in 1 day.

For years I have suffered from persistent allergies (dust, mites, pollens), which got worse with each passing year. Every summer I have to endure constant sneezing, blowing my nose, red eyes and itching in my nose and ears. I drink ASHWAGANDHA tea twice a day. It is amazing, no pills for sleep, only herbs and I must say I do not like herbal teas, but this one is not bad, I like it and it tastes good. I recommend it.

I have a pollen allergy. I undertook a 7 year long treatment on immunology, but nothing happened. I started to drink DALCHINI and after two days all symptoms were gone. I don't know if it can be a miracle, but I think so :)
