Fast Treat - Ginger Balls

Enjoy warm ginger balls that are ready in a few minutes! In addition, you can choose the vegan variant.

What will you need:

  •     3/4 cup almond flour
  •     1/4 cup dry grated coconut without sugar
  •     1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  •     1/4 teaspoon salt
  •     1/4 cup coconut sugar
  •     2 tablespoons crushed cocoa beans
  •     1 egg OR 1 tablespoon linseed flour +  3 tablespoons water
  •     1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  •     1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •     1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  •     1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

How to do it:

Smear the tray or baking sheet with coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 370 °F (approx.190 °C). In a small bowl, mix all the above-mentioned dry ingredients. Stir eggs in another bowl, add coconut oil, vanilla and grated ginger. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until all the ingredients are well combined. Make balls by using a spoon, place them on a tray and put in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
